Return and Refund Policy
If a customer wants a refund we will accept the return with a 15% restocking fee and the customer will have to pay for shipping the item back. Once the item is returned back we will issue the credit back on their card or through pay pal. Normally we don’t do exchanges unless the item is under warranty and is not working, first we try to do a repair and return, if the product can't be fixed we will send out a new machine.
The time period for refunds is 30 days.
